Optical illusions with diagonal lines?

Sometimes when I look at something with many diagonal lines, there appears to be rings of circles on whatever it is I am looking at.

My brother sees the same thing so I’m not crazy. I’m not sure if it’s only on computer screens or not, but I don’t remember seeing it anywhere else.

    that is not an optical illusion the optical illusion is a constant draw and you see it moving or to see the one picture in many direction many picture as you chet your brain
    but what you see is hard focusing in things and that by increasing the ability of lens in focus and that called ((altitude of accommodation))
    and that is so normally….
