National budget loses Hr 100 million after purchase of 1,000 Opel Combos for doctors using state-secured credit
The purchase by Ukrmedpostach, a state company subordinated to the Health Ministry, of 1,000 special Opel Combo automobiles for rural doctors using the funds of a foreign state-secured credit has caused additional expenses of the national budget totaling about Hr 100 million.
