No you’re warranty will be fine with an aftermarket intake. It’s the bigger things you do to the engine that can void your warranty.
That’s not even a CAI. More like a WAI(Warm air intake) because it has no heat shield. All the engine heat is going directly into the intake.

with the forge air induction kit the air filter is situated at the front bottom left just behind the left bottom grill, with the opened grill (you can buy it for 10 bucks) it gets a lot more fresh air than this..
