I have a 1981 Ford Mustang. What is wrong with my gas guage ?
I have a 1981 Ford Mustang. When i fill it up, the dial goes pass the Full dial and then rest at the end of the guage. After about 40 miles it then reaches the F in the guage. Then at about 100 miles it reaches the 1/2 mark. Then at the end when it is at E it reads as 144 miles on the E with the fuel light.
