Most HP for a 2000 Ford Mustang Modification?

I own a 2000 Ford Mustang. The engine is all stock. I would like some input in what I need to put into this car in detail to make it the baddest car in my town. Fastest off the start and as much horse as I can put into this stock engine. When its all said and done, I do not want to go over $5,000-$6,000.
