is a Porsche 911 Targa wider than a Carrera?

I was following a yellow 997 Targa 4S today and I could swear its rear wheel arches looked much wider than a Carrera S or 4S?? Or could it be that the Targa cockpit it slimmer due to the glass roof? Or was I fooled by the yellow color? Second Question: Are there any size differences between any 911 Targa and Carrera models?
